The whole mail is written more as an advertisement than as a serious way to
reach out to the community:

There is no such thing as a "ride-hailing service" under Austrian law. Just
like it's better-known competitor, Bolt is registered in Austria as a taxi
company, which is the only way it can legally operate at all (since the
latest law change).

By sending what through the streets? Fiacres? LOL, of course not!
> Committed to reducing the environmental footprint of mobility,
By offering taxi services directly competing with public transport, rental
cars directly competing with rental bicycles, etc.? No way.

The better alternative surely does not have the concept of a "car" in it.
The mail lacks essential information such as:
> You might have already noticed edits made by members of our team.
Who are the members of your team? Simply all the users of the form BoltNNN
(hoping there are no impostors using the scheme)? Or is there a concrete
list?
And what kinds of edits has your team made in Austria? Seeing the edits
would allow us to better judge whether they are constructive or not. Even
well-meaning edits by inexperienced contributors can often end up actually
making things worse, all the more if they are under corporate pressure to
make the tagging more compatible with a specific application.
In addition, should the process not be that you *first* talk to the
community and *then* make edits?
