Hi Sergey,

thank you for the information and the motivation to support to improve
the data quality in OSM in area Austria.
I have looked at the wiki and github pages and find the approach to
error detection exciting.
However, I'm afraid the selection of editors for correction will cause a
lot of additional work. It is so that in Austria on the roads very many
relations (eg: bus routes) are plotted. These are not visible under iD
and therefore these are destroyed. Therefore, the topic of relations
should definitely be considered again in advance, how these can be
corrected. I would rather prefer to use advanced editors like josm.

For the background maps, I am also not sure if it would not be better to
use the local data sources such as https://basemap.at, since this
provides very accurate orthophotos and in some areas is certainly more
accurate and more current than Bing Maps.

Thanks
Andreas
