Laut https://wikidiff.com/turn/bend 

As verbs the difference between bend and turn is that bend is to cause (something) to change its shape into a curve, by physical force, chemical action, or any other means while turn is (lb) non-linear physical movement .
As nouns the difference between bend and turn is that bend is a curve while turn is a change of direction or orientation. 

Danach sollte auf jeden Fall entweder "bend" oder "curve" verwendet werden, nicht "turn". 
Wenn ich noch https://hinative.com/en-US/questions/554957 nehme, dann ist "bend" eher für stärkere Kurven und "curve" für eher kleinere Kurven.

Ich hoffe es hilft ein bisschen und vielleicht hat jemand anderes noch mehr Infos.
