Kein Fachmann auf dem Gebiet, ïch würde dem Wiki folgen:

Ist also im Tag schon so eingeplant, dass ein Radler daran vorbeifahren 
kann. Und aus der Praxis als Radl- und Autofahrer muss ich sagen, dass 
ich das auch nicht anders kenne - mit dem Fahrrad wird man da nicht 
gebremst.
