Ich sehe da mit den Zusätzen "ND" (no-derivates) und "NC"
(non-commercial) ein Problem. Zitat von der Seite
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/

<https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/#>. ": Die ODBL
erlaubt kommerzielle Verwendung.

"*NoDerivatives* — If you remix, transform, or build upon
<https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/#> the material, you
may not distribute the modified material. ": Wäre ein Einpflegen in OSM
nicht schon ein Derivat?
