[Talk-at] FW: [OSM-newbies] Load images under map on JOSM or other editor

Hier noch ein Link von der Newbie-Liste, wo eine Webseite genannt ist, wo
man Bilder hochladen kann, dann mit Passpunkten versehen, georektifizieren
und dann als WMS darauf zugreifen kann. Ich hab's allerdings nicht getestet.
